Explanation of Watchcare
A church under watchcare will not be presented to messengers at the first annual meeting after they fulfill the new member orientation requirement. The church will be evaluated for the year as to their level of local cooperation, support of NorthStar and commitment to growth. The church shall be eligible for recommendation at the second annual meeting after the new member orientation.
