Haymarket Baptist Church in Virginia is seeking a part-time Associate Pastor with potential growth to a full-time position. The candidate is an ordained minister responsible to assist the Senior Pastor with ministerial and support needs. He/she will provide primary support to the Senior Pastor, promote Christian evangelism and outreach to the community and promote church programs by increasing the effectiveness of committees and religious education. The Associate Pastor may be assigned specific tasks or areas of ministry to administrate as determined by the Senior Pastor. Funding for this part-time position will include compensation not to exceed $30,000 annually. Potential to evolve into full-time, along with commensurate compensation, will be determined by the church based on projected future funding. Parkwood Baptist Church
