This identity statement of our association is what our congregations and our network are all about. Baptistic in nature, churches follow the Lordship of Christ, adhere to the authority of scripture, value the priesthood of believers, enjoy local church autonomy, and dedicate themselves to evangelism and missions—seeking to make disciples for Jesus Christ, near and far.
We believe that every person in our world is loved by God and needs salvation in Christ. To that end, NorthStar seeks to equip churches to fulfill their God-given mission of communicating the Gospel in word and deed, so that God might be glorified and persons might come to know Him in truth, faith, and love.
